The Herbert Sargent Therapeutic Family Pool is open daily for member and guest use. The schedule does vary according to the session schedule. The Pool is equiped with a ramp for ease of enterance and exit of the pool. The pool temperature is kept at approximately 86 degrees.
The pool opens at 5:30am on weekdays, 8 am on Saturday, and 1:30p on Sunday. The pool closes approximately a half hour before the Y closes. Locker rooms are available and close 15 minutes after the pool closes.
On weekdays, the pool is generally open for Adult and Lap swim mornings unilt 11am. Family swim starts at 11am and generally runs until the pool closes in the evening. The pool is closed to use when the Y's childcare program is in the pool on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2:30-4pm.
Saturdays offer Adult swim from 8-9am and family swim starting at Noon. The pool is closed to member use during Y swimming lessons 9am to Noon.
Sundays offer family swim all day.
Lap lanes are available during most Adult swim and Family swim times.
