Toddler Care
(Ages 18 months-3 Years)
Give your little one a head start with our Toddler Care for ages 18 months to 3 years! Our nurturing environment provides age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social development. From interactive play to early learning experiences, our program is designed to support your child’s growth and curiosity. Once your toddler is potty trained, they can seamlessly transition to our Preschool Program, ensuring continuity in their early education journey. Preschool (Ages 3-4) &
Pre-K (Age 4 before October 15th – Age 5)
At the Y, we’re dedicated to helping your child learn, grow and thrive. Our Early Learning Program, designed for children ages 3-5, offers a nurturing environment that fosters school readiness and social skills through engaging activities and play throughout our facility. As your child grows, they transition to our Pre-K classroom, where they continue their development and begin swim lessons! We offer AM or PM care for those attending other schools during the day. Our caring and experienced staff are committed to nurturing your child’s creativity, independence, and love of learning in a safe and supportive community. Healthy Snack Boost!
The Old Town-Orono YMCA, through CACFP, provides nutritious afternoon snacks to every youth enrolled in our child care programs, fueling fun, healthy growth and development.

More Youth Activities!
Youth enrolled in our child care programs have the opportunity to join other exciting youth activities at the Y, including additional swim lessons, gymnastics, and sports. If scheduled during program hours, our dedicated staff will ensure your child safely gets to and from their program. Please note, there is an additional fee for these programs.
