Whether you’re interested in memberships, child care, or other programs, we’re here to support you and your family.
After School Activity Program
School Age (Ages 5-12)
Enroll your child in the Y’s After School Program, where safety, learning, and fun come together! Our program offers a secure environment with academic support, exciting activities like sports, arts, swimming, nutritious snacks, and the development of lifelong skills such as teamwork and leadership. With flexible schedules, acceptance of state subsidies, and financial assistance available, the Y ensures every family can access quality after school care.
Transportation is provided from Old Town, Orono, Alton, Bradley, Greenbush and Milford schools.

Summer Adventure Program
School Age (Ages 5-12)
Our Summer Adventure Program is all about discovery! Youth will explore nature, find new talents, and try new activities while making lasting friendships and memories. Each classroom has a designated swim day to help develop and maintain swimming skills. Campers will have the opportunity to engage in sports, group games, and relays daily, with designated time for gymnastics in the Cyr Family Field House. Throughout the summer, campers will take weekly field trips to exciting destinations. Fun and unforgettable memories await!

Healthy Snack Boost!
The Old Town-Orono YMCA, through CACFP, provides nutritious afternoon snacks to every youth enrolled in our child care programs, fueling fun, healthy growth and development.

More Youth Activities!
Youth enrolled in our child care programs have the opportunity to join other exciting youth activities at the Y, including additional swim lessons, gymnastics, and sports. If scheduled during program hours, our dedicated staff will ensure your child safely gets to and from their program. Please note, there is an additional fee for these programs.
